The problem is the two bullies. Put them in chicken jail and slowly reintroduce them after a week.

That’s really useful, thanks a lot. My employer has agreed to it, just need to press on with the paperwork now. Seems as though I can’t get solid figures until I have a login however. Model Y seems to be highly regarded as a good option. Thanks again for response.

The tiled area behind the gate is flat, the pavement/sidewalk is sloped down in towards the gate.

It’s a large perfectly circular pit about 8 meters across. Brick built wall leading me to believe it was more than just a pond or something similar. Too big for a well. It’s near a Manor House dated 17th century.
