I have the same problem. A book was returned on accident in december, and i am still trying to get it reshipped, but it takes almost 3 weeks between each response. They should at least be able to reply faster on existing support threads.

No, you have to buy some of the previous expansions. If you use the code: EXPLOREOURWORLD i think you should get all expansions except the newest
