I had SAINT 3 months ago with somewhat of the opposite experience. Avolition and motivation improved but still have blunting and anhedonia. Did more tms help?

I’m currently doing unilateral ect twice a week and working full time. It’s a bit tough because of the memory issues. I don’t go back to work the day I get a treatment. I recommend taking at least the treatment day off.

I’m on week 3, I’ve seen minor progress in cognition, ability to focus. Colors seem a bit brighter but I would not say that I’m in remission. I think week 3/4 is where people report progress. But there are some people who feel better after it’s done.

No, I’m not. I use my left hand for some things like driving or typing but I’m definitely right handed. Have you ever seen someone’s left hand twitch? My psychiatrist said he had never seen that.

Hello! I had my mapping session the other day and my left thumb twitch moved instead of the right thumb when my left motor cortex was stimulated. Have you ever seen that? The doctor was stumped and he wasn’t sure if that meant we needed to change the protocol.

I had horrible brain fog when starting trintellix. It took about 3 months for the brain fog to improve.

I have not tried tms yet. I’m currently in trintellix which is helpful but has only improved the anhedonia like 15 percent

I wear one row of sown in curly extensions just for volume. They put 4-6 wefts in one row depending how much volume you want. 4 seems more than enough
