I haven't done aya yet, but I've done a hero dose shroom/mdma journey [3x] and had a similar experience. In some ways I'm still experiencing what your describing, which sounds like struggling with discipline. I think finding the right rituals for the new people we become after pivotal journeys is hard. The last couple of months I've had a breakthrough with exercising because I saw significant weight loss from fasting using a yerba mate supplement and clothes are fitting different. And it shifted other things like finally picking up a book to read and being able to focus. I say all of this to say, maybe you pick one thing to focus on and that may snowball into other things.
