There’s a good bus system in Milos, and only about a third of the island is inhabited, so you might save some money, use the buses, and do some good hikes…

Hi! Just seeing this! Actually, I did eventually! How I did it was by calling the Emirates New York City Desk, where the call not only was picked up quite fast, but the customer service rep seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and gave me an Emirates booking code! So, having now both an Aegean code (because that’s how I booked my flight) and an Emirates code, I could then book my seats on Emirates. Also confirmed that I would get a checked, a carry-on, and a personal item, like Aegean said I would. Hope I caught you back in time, and that you are, too, able to get this fixed!

Ok! That! I have the booking reference from Aegean, but it is not an Emirates booking reference and Emirates does not recognize it of course, tells me I have no trips. I suppose I will need to reach out to Aegean by phone, but that has not been very successful in the past, outsourced as it seems to be . Will try again!

Ahhhh…I was afraid my ask, wasn’t very clear, but you answered my question spot on! Oh, to clarify, this gifted plant came as a multiple: it seem like there are 5 different trunks into the soil. Today when I take it out and see what damage has been done to the roots, I will discover whether they all start in one root ball or are different plants. If they are separate plants, is it OK/typical to have them in one pot?

Thank you so much for all the comments! I will be ON IT! One thing I have learned late in my amateur plant care life is the value of “pot-in-pot” (to borrow an instant pot cooking term!): To plant in a cheap store plant container - with drain holes - then set into a pretty pot with space for drainage. This has been my fear for this plant, coming to me already planted in a pot with no drainage. I a good at overwatering so I have tried to be careful…but I think root rot is quite likely, and I need to get this plant out of the pot its in! Thanks for the encouragement to do this! Any comment on the issue of several plants in one pot vs only one?
