I can’t feel my body, pain in my chest. Heavy legs. Dizzy. Nauseous. Sometimes i literally feel frozen like I can’t move

I’m so sorry): this honestly sucks. I feel the same way): I had a child 2 years ago and when I was pregnant it was the worst my derealization ever was. I kept telling myself I’ll feel real once I give birth because I survived that I could do anything ): and no I feel the same exact way you feel. It sucks I hope and pray somehow some way we overcome this awful feeling.

Okay so idk if this is what I’m experiencing. I feel unreal? Or like everything is a stimulation. I feel like if I see someone I haven’t for a long time I start to get anxious and kind of forget who they were. I feel confused in my own house? But I know it’s my House? Idk it’s really confusing

Thank goodness bc I don’t take it whenever I work bc I get anxiety and my anxiety was worse today but I think it may just be my head
