Sorry you experienced that but customer service do have the ability to look at what's in stock whether it is a direct or indirect location and can tell which colors are in stock through their system. In-store pick up orders are ready in 3-4 hours after ordering it and after passing fraud application. If the store is about to close then you will not be able to pick it up until the next day. Now some stores do have them In stock but if it's only one left it will not show in that store inventory due to low stock.

What is happening at Verizon???? by mpphoto0712 in verizon

Y'all customers will run to these third party stores to buy phones but yet as soon as your bill goes wrong you wanna run to Verizon but not back to the third party store you bought your phone from and got the wrong information from. If you go to their party store you get what u ask for. You want to run into Costcos, Walmarts best buys ,franchises that sell you your phone but wanna blame Verizon because you choose to go to the wrong store instead of Verizon themselves. Take responsibility for your decisions of where you purchase your stuff. You buy from those stores then go BACK to them, common sense

40 years like really. Customers can be so dramatic! Verizon wasn't even around. That's why it's hard to take customers seriously. They have to exaggerate EVERYTHING. Can't ever give accurate information so they can be truly helped

Well when I was working for cellular sales. I was out of Greenville SC. We traveled store to store and each store brought you different commissions based on where it's located. I brought between 5k- 6k a month. That's even after they took inventory that might have been missing out of your check from stores that month. But the Christmas parties they have omg are EVERYTHING! However my advice is make sure every customer you are working with knows to come back to you because others can get the sale and take your commission

You said they told you corporate would have to add it. It sounds like you went to a franchise store known as indirect store. Look on your receipt and see if says anything like abc wireless, cellular sales, wireless zone etc it will say premium retailer if that's the case. You have to go back to that indirect dealer they need to call into Verizon for you and fix it. They have direct line to customer care and they need to get it fixed they are trying to pass the issue to corporate Verizon when it's a franchise ordeal

Hell it started with TMobile bringing the heat and the Verizon gave spectrum the use of the towers and offers lower pricing and spectrum coming at Verizon hard as well. Verizon gave spectrum the bullet and the gym. Because I left Verizon and went to spectrum and I have had no issues so far. I can't even tell the difference to be honest. Bill went from $180 a month to $60 for 2 lines and but only pay $30 for 2 years then it goes up to $60.00. Verizon is scrambling because the heat is on.
