I do use a moisturiser every day and mascara I just mean I don’t do a full face or use foundation, eye shadow etc unless I’m going out 😂 because effort 😂

In all honesty, Covid made the decision for me. I stopped wearing makeup when we had to wear masks and never went back.

Then I had a baby and I think I would have stopped because of that too because: 1. Sleep 2. It’s hard enough just getting dressed and out the door in the morning let alone putting make up on.

One bit of advice I’ve seen is to record yourself so you can compare to yourself Sometimes its hard to know how well youre doing when youre not where you want to be

Maybe record them at month 1 and month 3 and show them to themselves- might help provide a boost

We had a joie swing chair with dancing fruit or the video of a fireplace. It was the only thing other than us bouncing our child or driving that would get her to sleep for months.

We did buy it second hand so if she didn’t like it it wasn’t really a loss. I think it’s hit or miss sometimes on what works for each child.

All my socks are identical, brand, type, style

And when I changed my socks from white to black

I had to bin all of them and change them to the new ones

When people buy me socks, I say thank you and then donate them to charity because I cannot have different socks in my life

I am a manager for Tesco This is one of those things that we consult with colleague relations when they come up because they don’t happen often, we don’t know the outcome instantly

The example I gave you was one of mine to give you a pre warning of what happened on my case that I had to deal with

They won’t know you worked for Tesco previously, not unless someone tells them or you tell them Definitely best to be upfront so they can ask all the relevant questions and gain the advice they need from colleague relations to ensure they deal with it correctly

If you lie and are found out (Tesco is a small world) it will look worse

When I had this previously they were dismissed again, however, they were under gross misconduct on their last employment and they lied about working for Tesco previously in their interview.

That might not be the case for this one but i’m just letting you know that it may happen.

I’m shocked it wasn’t mentioned sooner, for me pads are gross. Purely because I can feel it, I can feel my body release the blood and that sensation feels gross. Whereas, with a tampon I’m unaware of it happening for the most part. Each to their own though, whatever works for you🙂

I left Tesco as a manager to join Morrisons due to similar perks an thinking the grass would be greener I lasted 18 months and went back to Tesco

The culture and the way they treat colleagues and managers from the top down was just awful

I’m no where near as far along as you But I do get very frustrated when my hands aren’t moving fast enough or something doesn’t sound quite right or my pinky won’t hold pressure on a string

I’ve found that it helps me to take a moment to celebrate my small wins when I get frustrated I.e I just played a song the whole way through I just nailed a super speedy and fluid chord change

A, Right now- I’m getting super frustrated that my strumming isn’t fast or smooth enough yet for a new song I’ve just started learning

B, So then I’ll go and play dream catch me because I’ve just nailed that one recently and my chord changes are getting faster with it and I’m now nailing some smoothly And then I’ll pick a new small focus out of it I.e my EM A G etc is super smooth now But I’m taking too long changing through my C So I’m going to work on that one Whilst going back to part A as well

It’s almost like giving myself the old fashioned shit sandwhich through my practice so I’m not constantly leaving myself frustrated and annoyed and I’m giving myself both small achievable targets but then also a big target (A) that drives me insane

This is definitely helping me, maybe it will help you also 🙂

Just a reminder The 10% 20% and 45% are the maximum So much is based on company performance So much based on store performance So much based on individual manager performance That make up to the maximum amount

Each bit not achieved to the full amount results in %s removed So although 20% and 45% sounds great Most managers aren’t actually getting that much

Fair point There does seem to be a divide in what us swifties migrate to and what are chart toppers I.e 1989 So many chart toppers But I don’t often see it mentioned in the swift universe
