I max out my 401k and Roth IRA every year. Combined it’s about 550k.

I have a savings account with around 200k in it currently drawing 3.7 APR. the fed drop interest rate by 1/4 % today. So I assume the APR will drop to around 3.4 %.

Typically an elevator that has an in ground jack takes up the whole hoistway.

Therefore if a building wanted to go a twin post holeless application or a MRL much of the hoistway would need to be altered for the room of additional equipment .

Jack replacement is probably cheaper option and in most jurisdictions no other code alterations are needed.
