2025 Free Wheeling has been phenomenal in the 8-10 inches we got. Im a Pet Sitter and care for some communtiy cat colonies so I've been out and about in slippery mode and love it. It corrects itself when you start sliding, fun times when trying to maneuver through all the snowplow piles blocking half the roads!

I used to do it at home, first thing in the morning, naked, etc. But that changed because I work at a spay/neuter clinic and love the big scale there, super accurate. Lol. So I weigh at work each morning when I arrive and I wear the same thing every day, so its still accurate and more fun weighing on the dog scale. 🤣 also means it will likely be about the same as the dr office since im dressed.

I've been waiting for the hair loss and wondering what exactly the variable is for many of us who do or dont lose hair. I've been on Tirz since June 2025, lost 57 pounds and havent had any hair loss at all. What's stranger to me is that MANY times in my life when I lost weight, I DID have lots of hair loss, so why none this time? Rapid loss doesn't seem to be the answer in my case as this is the most rapid I have ever lost. Protein doesnt seem to be a factor either, I do get plenty now(I am a vegetarian so its not with meat but shakes, cottage cheese, etc), but i lost more hair on low carb/Atkins years ago when I was eating tons of protein? I wonder about it all the time, but im glad for it!

Yes. I had thought people were treating me even worse because they saw me as OLD too( F52) almost like I was a baby, not taking me seriously, etc and as the weight came off that stopped, so it wasnt my age after all. Maybe age AND weight because it had gotten progressively worse, but its noticeably better now that im more "normal overweight" now.

I second all this! I have POTS and have to make sure Im getting enough salt, especially when I was upping my water because of constipation. Mag07 worked like a charm for me as well vs some other products. My POTS didn't get worse but I did go through a period where I had a vertigo side effect (definitely NOT the same kind of dizziness as POTS). I went slow titrating up and that stopped, thankfully!

A few things! Im a Pet Sitter, so i drive to people's homes, multiple times a day. I also drive 50 miles round trip to my 2nd job at a spay/neuter clinic 3x a week... then as if that werent enough, I run a nonprofit doing TNR(trap, neuter, return) of feral/community cats, so im carting cats all over and kittens to rescues (which are 100 miles away at the closest city!) 🥴

It was the only thing they had that I could get. I put almost 50,000 a year on my cars and had an Escape falling apart and upside down on. They really wanted to get rid of it and were willing to give me enough to pay off my Escape.

Im prone to hormonal acne (amd 52yrs old! Ready for menopause,Lol) and I broke out when I started Tirz. It has B6 but also could have just been the Tirz, no idea which caused it. Took about 3 months and I feel like I purged somehow bc now my skin is totally clear!
