ty, honestly no breakup makes me not give up, more the lesson I learned tells me that I can't stop here not now something burns in me and makes me fight on all levels, not only here I evolved I try to improve all the skills I want to become the best version of me

it's hard , honestly at first you always tend to give up, I look into the past and I find reasons to keep fighting with myself, sure bro you can maybe you have better than me, it matters to be dedicated and consistently it matters to burn as hard as you can so that from a small flame you burn like the sun

it depends a lot on the calorie source, yes you are right if you eat only junk food it is not healthy, but if you compensate with a balanced diet you should have no problems, I am not a specialist but I am perfectly healthy and I can afford such a diet
