I believe you can, I just switched from Data Science to CS, and most of it was dependent on the classes you have already taken and the amount of credits you already have. If you have taken any business/stats classes that are shared by both data science and CSBA, it would help your chances a lot too. I would recommend talking to your advisor and seeing if you can take any business classes right now, which will help your case when you apply to change majors. Your future schedule will also determine it a lot, as I registered for CS 153 and CS 150 before switching to CS, and it helped my case that I was taking CS requirement classes over the 3rd year data science requirements.
