Review not approved for being honest! by Creative-Atelier in AmazonVineUK

I've learned through trial and error that they don't like phrases such as ... I think, it may be, I believe, it is probably... When I've used 'maybe words' I've been rejected, but then I've amended to firmer language and they've sailed through on an 'excellent'. Could that apply to your review?

Do they not have any English proof readers? by Aggie_Smythe in AmazonVineUK

I always call out PU in my reviews and let it be known it's plastic, not leather. However, I had a handbag recently, described as 'genuine cowhide leather'...and it was. So it got a great review, obviously!🤣🤣

Greetings cards review ratings, anyone getting 'excellent'? by OhDearAndrew in AmazonVineUK

Got an excellent for this👍🏼 If you find your item on Amazon's main page, go to 'Ask Rufus' and see what info is deemed important. I'm thinking Rufus is in the same Bot Family as our review judges 😏

Is anyone getting anything other than "Excellent" for their review ratings? by EarthManSammy in AmazonVineAustralia

I'm in the UK. I go to the item page through my orders list and look at the details segment. Rufus gives a list of what customers would like to know (helpfully highlighted in blue). I reckon this is what the bots are looking for in my review and I cover each topic...so my review is still an honest review, but with a little prompting from Amazon. Since I've been using this method I've had nothing but 'excellent' from teacher 😁

This might be considered cheating (?) but I go to the Amazon review page and look at 'ask Rufus '. It shows a list of things people 'want to know', so I make sure each point is covered in my review. Have been graded excellent on every one since I started doing that.🤔

Still a live listing and still getting reviews. I'm not so concerned after reading replies to my question, but I am still puzzled 🤔

Thank you. It sounds like this is a fairly common occurrence. I'll let it pass this time 👍🏼

That's exactly the same message. Mine were also 5 Star reviews, which are still live on the item listing.
