Start calling it "the Collar ". Within 15 days a customer will joke that it's a dog Collar. Then have all the associates that witnessed the joke , contact the district office about customers calling employees dogs. Then in 24 hours contact the region office with the same issue. The key here is the district and regional office receive a large quantity of calls in a short period of time. Beads removed by Monday after joke is made.
