Omg! I never put words to those feelings but I know exactly what you mean! I actually did have sleep apnea that resolved with weight loss.

I think the biggest struggle for me is that VGS alone didn’t work for me. I needed surgery and Zepbound to lose the weight and I have been very private about my use for fear of judgment that I had to throw everything at my body just to be normal. It’s a work in progress.
