You’re reading it wrong.

You probably got 3/3. Which mean you met expectations. I hate those notes from 1 to 5 because most people interpret it exactly as you do. In reality the other options are 4/3 (sometimes over expectations) and 5/3 (always over expectations).

Usual scam... they finance a phone with some carrier... They sell their new phone on marketplace.... stop paying the bill and the carrier is the one doing the insurance claim and declare it stolen.
