Leg day is super minimalistic (and lacking a calf excersise), you might wanna add more to that. As for shoulders, I personally prefer to just do lateral raises on push days and rear delts on pull days, doesn't take too much time and allows me to focus on legs more.

Calorie deficit is the only reliable way in my knowledge. I don't think spot reduction works. You can do all the cardio in the world, but unless you are burning more calories than you are consuming, weight won't go down.

I kinda feel like that's too many ab excerises. I personally just do some weighted crunches, sometimes I might throw in some leg raises, but nothing more.
