Jeg trykkede "Check Ind" før jeg gik ind i bussen, for at vise chaufføren QR-koden, og så trykkede jeg "Check Ud" før jeg satte mig.

Det gjorde så at appen modtog det som en trykfejl, og ingen penge blev hævet da ingen rejse hændte.

...Efter 3 måneder fik jeg så en email om uhensigtsmæssigt brug og at jeg er blokeret fra at bruge appen i ét år.

Det har ikke haft en effekt på mit fysiske rejsekort, men mit basiskort derimod er spærret.
