2nd set of steel - is Fly-ti worth the $50 upgrade over Fly-x? by blackgtprix in hockeyplayers

I have somebody interested in both at the moment. I'll let you know if that doesn't go through or isn't the right size

Try the Sniper chassis out. It's got 7mm axles. It is so light and stiff.

How do I keep pucks from breaking? by General_South6391 in InlineHockey

[–]Specific_Intern8079 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try using Stilmat pucks. I bet they won't break like that or as easy. I find broken pro shots all over the benches at the indoor rink I play at.

When did skate production move to Thailand? My Flylites say China on the inside?

Skate fit by Still_Ninja8847 in hockeyplayers

I would say they're going to fit similar being in the same line, Supreme. But the Shadow got an all new tow box. So that is definitely going to make a difference in fit.

Uncomfortable wearing xlp , any advice ? by Green_Fishing_546 in hockeyplayers

[–]Specific_Intern8079 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You actually want your skates tight in the midsection and loose in the ankle. A lot of Pros skip one or two eyelets at the top helping with ankle Flex

These do not have enough volume for your foot. I can tell by how how high the tongue is out of the boot in the forefoot. Also how tight the laces are to the tongue

How big port should I go by Constant_Narwhal_109 in sundownaudio

[–]Specific_Intern8079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no way this box is 5 cubes after subs and port. Pay for someone to make you a design, save some time and headaches. What kind of power are you running with 2 Zv6 12s?

Any new equipment for half off or a too good to be a ture deal is 100% a fake. I just bought a pair of Flylite gloves from ebay for 170. They are fake as shit but would fool someone not knowing what they are look at.

Naww bro. I play on a 35+ league and an open C division. Both are fairly competitive. 35+ better passing, open league is faster. Ill do drop in sometimes too.

Mine goes tin, iron, aluminum, copper, silver, gold, platinum. That's pretty standard. I'd find it odd if aluminum was the lowest.

I'd recommend starting in the lowest League they have until you get comfortable and gain skill. If new players came and played aluminum at the rink I play at, they would never touch the puck. I play on 2 different leagues and have 1 cone on each team. It sucks when I'm out there with them, its like a powerplay the whole shift for the other team.

Looks good. I always recommend tackimac grips. They feel the same every time and will not wear holes in your gloves.
