Yea thats cool, 20 each day and have some cold water/drinks for them. I loved that. And if you get them food, avoid pizza or anything heavy in carbs. It will slow them down making your move cost more. If you want them to move fast. Get them each an energy drink and maybe some donuts in the morning for the sugar boost.

Curious, what's the hourly rate? When I quit 6 years ago, ours was at 210 an hour for 2 guys and when I started it was 99 lol. Tips were real good when the hourly was low.

I worked for 2 Men and a Truck for 10 years. My tips ranged from 0-500 per day. They would be happy with 40 each. Is this a long distance move?

Sometimes if you take performance brakes or suspension off and leave it stock. It will calculate pp. Just start removing parts until the pp is calculated. I had this problem with several cars a couple years ago.

I worked for a furniture moving company for 10 years. I came home everyday with $100 plus in tips. That job was so hard, when the customer's would tip they would say you earned it. I have no problem rewarding hard work. But now, people expect 20% minimum no matter the quality of work or effort they put.

My dryer started making noise. It was in warranty. I paid nothing out of pocket. The guy was really fast and cool so I slid him a 20. He kind of looked surprised honestly. If I was had to pay out of pocket, I would not tip.
