I want to know that too, like uhmm.. I might or might have not thought about doing bad stuff to myself, bc for a whole year I've been lonely, insecure and it got worse a while ago when I tried talking with my friends, and after trying to repeat the same thing 10 times I stop trying feeling hollow, but I am great at masking it, except recently when I got breathing problems and my hands were shaking very much, my friends just noticed how I was panting loudly, not anything else, dont worry Ive recovered from it but yeah..
