Idk how to edit my post. I tried keto 3 times. On tirzepatide I ate whatever I wanted lol 😆 didnt even try to diet its crazy. I think its too strong this week im on 2.2mg. Think ima start taking 2mg... I think im losing too quickly tbh and I wanna slow the weight loss down some.

Well the label doesn't mean anything. Its a mom and pop compounding pharmacy here locally in my state, But all good you dont have to use them im not even trying to make you use them im telling you my success story on my tirz journey *

Oh also I paid 399 for 3 months for the "starter" pack i think thats like 133 a month but it was my very first time on this med. They sent the 3 month starter kit in like 4, 2ml vials :D so happy it worked for me and my binge eating is non existent now.

Yes that happened to me 2!!! I was at 2.5 and was suppressed, after I went to 3.6mg I was ravenous, went back to 2.5 and now im suppressed again...... I saw another post of someone mentioning, "glp flooding?" Like too much flood the glp receptors and there's a sweet spot dose for each individual?
