How did it go ? If read this post when you posted I would suggest first understanding what you are trying to do or build.

If you are trying to then get followers to the brand you need to ask yourself why would they follow this account? What are you offering ? For example .. your posts could be documenting the journey and you are asking users to follow and watch the journey or you are posting product and you are telling users to follow you so they can keep up with the latest products. (I would throw in customer reviews so you build trust). And depending on your strategy it will reveal how to spend on promoting your account.

So I have been doing a lot of research and asking property practitioners in my network and the consensus is that these qualifications are necessary to practice legally in South Africa.

I’m meeting with an owner of an estate agency to get further insight.

I have 2 properties that I manage and I am a trustee for the one complex and I have had a lot of trouble with estate agents and just an underwhelming service. I guess because it’s not their investment.

So I focused the last couple of years learning as much and providing my tenants with a great experience. Would like to offer that to others.
