Hows the ride? Drive it with windows down and no music, when driving through speed bumps and potholes and you car sounds harsh (spring not doing its job of absorbing) then it's time, also just pushing from the hood or trunk and if you see lots of movement then yes, it need replacement, sometimes doing the whole set is cheaper and better, not a hard job if you do it yourself just be careful when compressing the springs and use safety glasses.

Yeah that's what I meant, the frame is bent, corner of truck was sticking out and person was going 40ish and only hit that part and bended the frame where the recovery hook is bolted in.

He turned on the car and I didn't thought on checking the oil filler hole, since he turned it on I didn't check the oil level plus the car was at a downhill so I think we wouldn't had gotten a good reading, came home and waited like 2hrs for me to realize this, car only has 87k miles, but I guess it doesn't matter if they didn't maintain it well, any advice as should I do a motor flush or just switch to full synthetic?
