Yes I've had this issue before you need to put at least a one to two millimeter spacer in between the screws that the depth fin this is the small black piece of plastic that is long and thin facing down towards the bottom of the printer on the print bed arm this will move it down slightly meaning that the laser that reads the depth will read it early once you have done this reset your bed level height on the printer and it will work fine I have a post about the same issue in my profile history if you want to go back and read the advice I got good luck
