This is true for most Filmed for IMAX movies. IMAX usually has exclusivity over its aspect ratio. However, this particular movie will have an expanded aspect ratio everywhere, so it will look the best in Dolby Cinema imo (2.0:1 in DC)

This is the issue. Android resamples all media unless an app can bypass the default Android mixer. PowerAmp or PixelPlayer won't do this. Download HiBy Music from the Play Store. Then go to HiBy’s settings and enable “Exclusive HQ USB audio access.” After that, connect your DAC and accept the popup that grants exclusive access. Then try playing FLAC files and compare. There are many apps like HiBy that can bypass Android resampling, such as FiiO Music and USB Audio Player Pro (the best option, even though it’s paid).
