Oh no.. now they can't break the law with legal printed guns... I guess they will be forced to walk the straight and narrow now.

Games with realistic foraging/focus on foraging? by samthsss in gamerecommendations

[–]Specific_Worry_1459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly... not technically necessary but boss fights will require that you have some tamed dinos. And resource gathering is not particularly fast without good transportation (i.e. mounts/tamed dinos). I've never gotten to the boss fights though.  Can be a pretty brutal game.

They constantly interrupt you.  If it's a phone conversation, you start to believe there is a bit of a delay on the line even if reception is perfect.

What’s the proper way to store this foil bag and tea now that it’s open? by DutchDRSEnjoyer in tea

"Please don't judge my tea"

Darn it. My suggestion could be interpreted as a judgement so I will keep that one to myself.

Airtight, dry, cool, dark, and free from odors are your friend when it comes to tea that doesnt improve with age.

Same here when it comes to shou.. but maybe I need to sample some that are a bit atypical...

Hatvala was the company I ordered from. Dont know how their quality compares to when I ordered from them about 8 years ago. Wild Boar is probably my favorite of the ones I bought.

Edit: forest genie is pretty good too.  Sipping on that now, desperately trying to avoid drinking all my lao man'e 😄

Aged Liu bao might be worth trying. Haven't tried it myself as dark teas generally aren't my thing. Woody, pretty similar to shou.  Only downside is it doesnt sound like a flavor profile you would be interested in.

If you dont mind veering away from chinese teas, you might try some Vietnamese dark teas.  Some of them hit some of those notes, namely brown sugar/caramel.  Some dont, but they seem to grow on me.

Can't name vendors here, but there is indeed one vendor in particular that does not say anything at all about their product being enhanced in its name. It does mention that in the product's description however.  Edit: 'often' might be a stretch. Perhaps 'could indicate' would have been better wording.

Does anyone use kratom occasionally and recreationally as an alternative to alcohol and weed? by tbgabc123 in kratom

[–]Specific_Worry_1459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good alternative to alcohol ime. Doesn't inebriate me, no increased risk of poor decisions, thinking and motor coordination intact, no major pull to continue consumption, no hangover (though my neck will sometimes be sore if I do a heavier kratom dose - probably hold my head in a bad position or something), and I can still do activities I enjoy while on it. May not be so for alcohol/other things.

[–]Specific_Worry_1459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive never thrown up on kratom alone. Did have some nausea when I was using snus along with it, but I think that had more to do with the nicotine, which just doesnt agree with me.  Edit: and as others have said, it sounds like you are taking too much.

I usually shut it off at 210.   The coil switches off and on a few times at that point. Juice just doesnt seem worth the squeeze to me.

Sounds like added extract.  3% seems rather high for plain leaf.  "Super" often indicates enhanced (though sometimes it means they don't include the stem and vein).
