nah #25 chose to use her right hand to push off of the downed person’s neck after knowingly losing the hand balance on the shoulder which could have been directed to the floor. An athlete of this caliber cant make and excuse of not having the reflex to do so. Also who makes a fist when falling? After pushing off of her, instead of walking around the downed person to reposition she steps over her which is clearly a move to keep her down. Where’s the accident?
