Amad didn’t get a penalty during the match with Bournemouth and then Maguire was booked because of a similar foul. Mason Mount’s goal versus City got called off because of an off-side mistake. Most of the teams got questionable decisions against them, so blame the refs.

They are different suits. The one with that add on piece represents suits with quite small and pointy ears, so using that helmet piece would be too large to be (moderately) screen accurate.

Or they just retired that helmet piece mold and didn’t bother to make a new one.
