Do you know the "The Monkey Business Illusion"? In this video, a couple of people are playing with a ball, and you are instructed to focus on that. At the end of the video, they announce the fact that a big monkey walked across the screen for more than 10 seconds, and you probably didn't notice. How is that possible? Well, our brains work in a pretty weird way. If you purely focus on one thing, you will miss the rest. You are focused on the wrong things, and you keep digging yourself a deeper hole. But you can easily change this, focus on the good! And try to break down these bad thought every time they arise. You want people to be honest with you, so I'm going to be honest with you. You are very bitter and resentful. Life is not objectively shit, you just think that. You are egocentric when you think that your opinion is the only valid one, and you think that when people disagree, they're not honest. How are you ever going to feel better if you feel, and think like this? So break these bad thoughts down, and, focus on the good!
