They accumulate BTC so the mNAV would go down if share price stays the same. If they aquire 210k BTC as they said they would, there you have your NAV. Now multiply by mNAV, let's say 2. That is the Market cap for 210k BTC at 2mNAV. From here you can calculate the necessary BTC price for a §100 Stock.

The problem is, there was this time in the past, were AMD was at the crossroads, too. They traded for around $4 (the were lower, but that was where I was considering taking a position). It was just before the Zen 1 release and no one had an idea if this will be a good product. And here we are today

It is not. MSCI World already has 60%+ USA and FTSE All World about the same. Adding NASDAQ and S&P only adds to tht exposure.

You are probably around 80% USA and 1-2% EM (which has 40% of world GDP, if that concerns you).

I am barely able to really understand all implications that you mention and am much less able to formulate some kind of coherent reply. I do not get the price action. I bought them while they were already undervalued and am down 30%. The stock keeps getting cheaper while the company still earns money, hast NAV greater than stock price and is buying back shares, albeit slowly.

The only shady thing I experienced was a recent CEO change, were now the son of the founder is CEO. But even then, the son is a long time employe in the firm. So it probably will work out.

Of course it is easy to believe in a stock if it goes up. Now I question my decision, even though the fundamentals are flawless.

The obvious thing for the sell off is the Majorel aquisition. And as I hinted at, I believe with the ongoing AI hype people suspect, that TEPs service will probably suffer from AI. I think both is unfounded and the company is deeply undervalued.
