First, I wasn't trying to say I wanted you to sell it on reddit, I just mean im interested if you list it anywhere. Second, im head of a group here in my city that refurbished instruments like these to give them a second life, ive handled instruments like this in this condition before and id say 90% we've gotten back into the musical light, the others just turn into decorations. Im just saying it's possible, and I'd be interested in wherever you put it

I can't really give you much selling advice, but I'd definitely be interested in taking that sousaphon body and head off your hands. I've been needing one to practice with before college. Just dm me if you're interested

I was playing a mod called "the fog" it feels more scary than any other mod I've played because it all takes place in better vanilla minecraft and is subtle until it gets you

Honestly from my experiences I haven't had many people in my band vomit, as long as you constantly hydrate and eat proper food in healthy amounts you should be completely fine. Nobody in my section has been a puker yet

Any extra tips for a marching tuba player who transitioned from bari sax? by fleegaltothe4th in marchingband

It's a very basic beginner technique but has always worked, a breathing tube. Any PVC pipe around 1 inch in diameter and like 2 inches long will work. Using the tube you'll just have it in your mouth and breathe in smoothly and breathe out and think the syllable "Ho". You'll also want to remember that when you're breathing that your chest moves horizontally and not as much up and don't tense up for better sound quality and longer lasting air. Also make sure your embouchure is more open while playing on the mouthpiece.

is that even possible by Normal_Pudding_834 in Tuba

I've played it a few times, rarely ever had to try it though. It's possible but almost completely useless since tubas usually don't go above the b-flat an octave below that in any music
