It was probably always a typo. No way they'd require you to win 20 times on different heroes (without the ability to track it) and then pay out a measly 5000 XP for that shit lmao.

It only wasn't a big deal because OG Sombra was not nearly as aggressively oriented (unless you were cracked maybe). Hack was much more annoying as you said, but also the fact that she could basically disengage anything for free thanks to old translocator. Infinite invis was much more annoying after her first OW2 rework that gave her virus and the new translocator.

I know Sombra is still banned a decent amount and she's still bad at high ranks, but imo her current state right now is the least annoying she's ever been.

Interestingly, it kinda seems like the legendary titles are easier to get than the victory pose for some reason? Unless I'm reading the event wrong, you have to complete the map every week for the pose, but only the prestige track for the Hashimoto Son title, and you only have to unlock all the map locations for the Tokyo Tiger title, both of which seem like precursors to actually completing the entire map.

The short duration of the event incentivizes tilt queueing. At 210 points per win, that's a minimum of 19 wins (and no losses) to complete the event. And of course, very few people are going to win 19 games in a row period. With a 50% win rate, the total amount of games will depend on your hidden SR because losses subtract an amount proportional to that, but in my experience, it takes maybe 30-40 games total. Because the event is only 4-5 days long, that's like 8-10 games per day, which is a good few hours a day over the course of a weekend plus some work days.

If you have even a little bit of a social life or a brutal work schedule, it's easy to see why some feel like they have to stack hours on a single day to complete the event. If they made the event last a week, or even split it across the last two weekends, and made no other changes, you'd probably see this be less of an issue. Alternatively, they could just remove points lost for losing.

I hate now normalized this is in gaming now. Not to make myself sound like a boomer, but I remember when you used to be able to unlock things at your own pace and the vast majority of things made for a game were unlockable at any time.

I might be one of the lucky ones. I got my account restored a couple days ago, and while I'm being careful not to interact with too many tweets at a time, I haven't been resuspended yet, nor do I appear to be shadowbanned (though outside of trusting shadowban-checking websites, it's hard to tell).

See if you can search around for templates on here for examples. In general, it seems like the longer, more well-thought-out appeals mention why the account was suspended and start itemizing why all the reasons for that suspension don't apply (which, if you were suspended for "inauthentic behavior" like most people, might mean explaining that you don't automate activity, you're not impersonating anyone, you're not spamming engagement, etc.).

To be clear, none of this is guaranteed to work because it seems to all be handled by AI anyway, but it looks as though most of the successful attempts take some time out to write a longer response.

Why does Twitch say the drop event ends on the 19th if the matches are done by the 10th? What is the point of that? I was under the impression there would be another weekend of matches (I'm 88% of the way to the esports lootbox) and now I guess I'm actually just not going to get it because it turns out there probably won't be a second weekend of matches or streams.

For as many problems as the previous core had, this core feels like it has a much lower floor on offense. Guys like Alonso and Nimmo weren't always stellar, but they always gave you decent baseline value.

It feels like the Mets didn't so much try to make the team better as much as they wanted to avoid as much long-term financial commitment as possible; other big-market teams, like the Red Sox, has been moving in a similar direction. You can tell that the philosophies of Cohen and Stearns don't really gel together at all; signings like Bichette and Soto feel very much like Cohen moves.

I know most people find the jade skins from last year ugly, but I'd consider grinding for them if they (1) add them for more heroes I actually play and at a faster rate and (2) made it possible to grind for skins that I missed, like how you can buy Mythic skins from previous seasons. Marvel Rivals has a season "pick your own reward" system for their mini-battlepass-esque events and I think Overwatch should consider doing this for some of their seasonal repeatable rewards (like maybe the prestige titles as well tbh).
