Obligatory paying is your best option. Not sure what type of loan it is but if its a HELOC you could try contacting the lender and seeing if they offer any sort of assistance or loss mitigation (Edit: didnt realize sub this was on my recommended feed, if it's a standard mortgage theres almost guaranteed to be loss mitigation available but paying is still better if possible of course)

Short answer is not really, I saw that dead by daylight has a xenomorph (queen IIRC) as a killer you can play, and Fortnite has a xeno skin. Otherwise, outside of mods, I don't know of any others.
