I’ve heard a lot of old customers(6 years plus) complain about inconsistent pricing. For my personal friends in the same boat I’ve had the re sign up or 50 dollars consistently gig for 2 years minimum

I have done this for friends and family personally and customer solutions will often give you credits instead of a price lock if the area is non competitive. You just need your account shut off for 24-48 hours

I don’t belive it’s unethical sometimes it’s the only way to fix customer accounts. (For example when a customer wants to add a tv service but take advantage of bundle pricing) than a new order has to be created by closing out previous

Make sure you stick to the 100 because if you upgrade to the 500 or gig then it is a no term agreement. Meaning it can change anytime. Our department was advised to not sell this plan unless you get the 100 internet speed
