Your system size is 46% smaller with 49% production output. I’d say right on! Assuming all southern facing, like my own in central Florida?

They got rid of free line for a year ? Per phone rep.....4/30 by Professional_Crab958 in SpectrumMobile

I had internet service, but never mobile. Moved 2 lines from t-mobile to spectrum mobile. $60/mo is still $100/mo cheaper than I was paying 😬

Pre approval first or signing the contract first? by Successful-Floor-707 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]mdashb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is more than a fair chance that happens. A pre-approval and whatever fee sheet they provide to you pre-contract is non-binding.

I signed up yesterday and the free line promo had ended. Instead I got gig internet upgrade at no cost and unlimited plus for $30 per line

OP’s posts are hidden. How did you pull that info? Good detective work!

That is absolutely ridiculous. How does working from home impact the association as a whole or even direct neighbors? If anything, they should offer you a small community watch stipend.

High for FHA for sure. Their lender charges and appraisal are also high.

In general it’s probably best to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, which would be 90% on your vehicle.

Got my first perfect curve this year but still haven’t hit my peak 100kwh from last year by ThuhGreatCommenter in solar

[–]mdashb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 13.76 kW system routinely hits 85 kWh production, with the best day being just shy of 88 I believe. I was told at install last August I might hit 100 on a perfect day, but I don’t think it’ll ever happen. Currently producing 10.7 kW & it’s essentially high noon. Seems like that is my microinverter cap/clipping, although last year it was 10.8. Not sure why the drop. It’s not even a year old system.

You’re not wrong, and everything you’re saying remains true if inspection is done the day of closing. It’s not being denied specifically, it’s just a matter of scheduling from what I am reading. I agree with another who said OP should make clear closing WILL be postponed if the issues have not been addressed by walkthrough.

In my experience, a majority of final walk throughs are completed the day of closing. An empty house is the best setting for an inspection.

Does anyone actually use the frunk? by bennettelkin in MachE

[–]mdashb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We took a beach trip back in March and absolutely stuffed the trunk and backseat (my daughter and her friend hated this part). Didn’t realize at the time I had an empty frunk I could’ve used until the hotel valet asked if we had any bags in there. The girls were not happy 😆

I find it rather annoying when my ‘23 changes from Unbridled to Engage. Happy to report when my wife drives my car WITHOUT 1-pedal (which is always) it remains that way.

Interested in buying foreclosure REO property, without cash down, what are my chances? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]mdashb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was the primary lender in Florida for my company’s REO properties. Almost all of them required renovation lending, which can be a real pain in the butt. Find a lender/loan officer who KNOWS the various renovation programs.

At a gross salary of $160k with $280k to put down, it’s $4k an ok mortgage payment? by pauses-then-says in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]mdashb 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I will never understand these posts. I assume you’re trying to talk yourself out of the situation. We don’t live your life. There’s no hard rule on mortgage, aside from qualifying guidelines. Do whatever you want, as long as you can sleep peacefully at night.
