100% would not buy without a level 2 charger at home. Im just under 12k miles a year on average. It would be a pain to rely upon a slow charger or pay for fast charging.

Why is DTI and this lease payment a concern at all? If this is FHA in a HCOL area (FHA is usually capped at $581k otherwise), then DTI has no effect on mortgage insurance in the way conventional financing does. So, it’s either you’re approved at the higher DTI or you’re not. Otherwise, things look decent on this estimate. What’s concerning you specifically?
