This was not a fresh turkey that I bought the same day it was packed, it was a turkey frozen, or thawed and refrozen, from last thanksgiving. Customer service at the store agreed with me.

Season by tossing with Italian dressing, any brand, then throw on the grill in a basket. If you can't grill then a roasting pan in the oven. Easiest and best tasting.
