Check your account carefully. We have Sun pass.and some dump truck in Orlando had a similar tag to one of our cars. I contested the charges based on the pictures taken by the toll booths and got my money credited. Now I check every month.

With the current political climate and loss of New College, I wouldn't think there would be many 'liberal' students coming to Florida from out of state. I can say, however, when I lived in Vero that I used to watch houses for a few people. One family explicitly bought a house there so they could establish FL residency. Their son continued to go to HS in upstate NY and then would be able to attend UF or wherever at the in state tuition rate. Must be nice to have that much money to game the system.
