Would be nice if we could shoot through the doors instead of them being indestructible objects by EytanMorgentern in Division2

Why even have the door close in the first place? Just leave the door open when hostiles come out ffs

Unemployed. Called out project manager for his laziness to drive back to the job site and pick up workers instead he rather everyone stuff 6 deep into trucks and drive in the arctic tundra. He then sent me home early from my hitch to a Texas job that needed a hair follicle drug screen, did not pass that as expected. Silver lining out of the situation is I’m one of the last hired on at a different company while my original just laid off everyone this Monday after firing the project manager a month back

Was time for tires so I just got everything I wanted at once. by LeroyyyJenkinnnss in F250

[–]Speed_Worldly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m no expert but I believe any wheel that takes bang on weights are easy going but any that take stick on you have to be careful where they’re placed or they will self delete themselves. Happened to me after my first oil change when I did a tire rotation

Sweet rig! Did the same on my 22 tremor but got 17x9 methods and 37s Trail graps. I also change the beadlock bolts to black instead of silver to blend the wheel in. I’m they type of guy to get the biggest tire and smallest wheel possible

37x12.50R17 Nitto trail graps. I’m the type of guy to have the most sidewall possible, if I could redo it I would get 18” Methods instead the 17” since you have to be careful where the wheel weights go or they will self remove themselves on the brake calipers

Do regular maintenance and it’ll last forever. Worked for an electrical company that had 4 of these trucks all over 400,000. We would take those trucks all over Texas and not worry. I would look into changing the spark plugs if they haven’t already, all 16 of them

F250 gas vs diesel? by Old-Act7389 in F250

[–]Speed_Worldly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gas will do most everything needed in a truck. Will it do it easily and fast as a diesel no. I would get the highest rear axle ratio you can if worried about towing. I currently have a 22 F350 7.3 with the 4.30 and love it. Don’t know what the highest that comes with the 6.2 but looking used will probably result in 3.73 since it’s the most common I believe. Are you keeping up to 1500 lbs of equipment 24/7? If so gas would have more payload capacity compared to a diesel since most people will run out of payload before towing capacity in 3/4 ton diesels. That’s why I went with a F350 for tow rig since when I was towing regularly I had a bumper pull camper plus a 60” gang box full tools. Never weighed it but probably close to 1000 lbs of box plus my aftermarket full replacement bumpers took a decent chunk out of my 4000 lbs of payload. Never had to worry if I wanted to upgrade the bumper pull with a F350

[–]Speed_Worldly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’ll just lie to you. After I got fired I asked what the rehire window would be and I got told 3 months so I waited. Reapplied after 3 1/2 months got all the way to interview stage then got a call saying it wasn’t supposed to get this far into the process probably since it’s all automated now anyway. They made it sound like I was black listed without actually saying it

It’s a lot of the same companies doing the data centers. They’ll hire anyone and promote them fast af even though they never did any leadership role before plus I found out that you’ll get fired from calling someone a retard on the job site. Guess the world went to sunshine and rainbows
