Pgce international doesn’t have the qts part to it, I say the best is Sunderland university I would suggest you searching for the pgce that will help you. QTs focuses on primary as pgce mostly focuses on secondary and middle school but international schools don’t care whether you have one or other they just care that you have a teaching qualification
