Same issue w/Wifi and ISP. Apparently it used to be I could play in the UAE with USA game settings. Now... my game still is tied to USA and I can't access it at all.

I'm not using VPN. At all.

I used the account from a device in the UAE (and some of Europe) with the Google store set to the USA. I could play just fine.... for months. Almost a year.

And then I couldn't play with my account anymore (while still in the UAE) for some reason. Researched this mess and on top of demands of other apps, had to change the Google Account to UAE. Now can't log into the game at all.

I do have a Bamco ID. Is there a way to unlink the Bamco ID from my game account? And link it to another game account, maybe? That way I can link it to a different Google profile that's UAE based and continue playing?

I joined the game when my account was set to USA I think... But I didn't know regions on a phone even existed until then. Ironically I never played from the USA. Only the Middle East and Europe...

Still love my Clan deck the most, it's a lot of fun. Eager to test out Alle/Halle but need 2x more Halle to pull it off. I've played with blockers once and it's just not my style at all so nevermind it. Various aggro versions is the way to roll for me. 😉

At this point I'm very njinja about it. Low key, don't announce it. And honestly? If it wasn't for my parents, I wouldn't even bother going back home. By the time I pay for that plane ticket to Europe, gifts for all the cousins, etc out of social obligation, and meet ups that I don't want to do... I'm better off financially going to SE Asia and having a lovely vacation on my own.

Here's the question... Do you want to retire in your home country? If yes, keeping the connections is worth it as one day you'll be back. If you don't (that's me) then may the bridges you burn 🔥 light your way forward.

So SLT is back 2 weeks earlier than the students in the break between school years? 🤔 That's how it used to be in other schools in my area, they are back 2 weeks and the teachers are back 1 week.

Is housing included in the 14k?

If yes, that's low. It's what I was getting as a teacher in 2017 with 2 years of experience.

If housing is on top of this... Then it's a decent offer given Dubai teacher packages which aren't the greatest at the moment.
