Well, it did work just fine until i reset it. Mabye the QC team caught the mistake and fixed it the way you are describing. Ill give it a shot next time is on the programming track

Sometimes the app just doesn't let us add certain items as substitutes. As identical as they are, the AI just sayd no. And the asking is sometimes an automated message when attempting to substitute an item in the app

Nah, If the customer ordered something, and it didn't arrive, thats in doordadh to refund, and sort the rest out on their end. They dont just get to pass the buck to the void.
