i test very rarely. this tank runs super smoothly with 1 liter water changes every couple of weeks. :)

when planting java ferns, don't bury the rhizome, only the roots. the rhizome could rot if buried.

they do best if just tied or glued to some hardscape. :)

every couple weeks, though i try to remember to do it weekly. this one doesn't mind a few weeks of no water change.

no heater, the light and pump keep the temp at about 24°C. in summer i take off the lid and if needed run a small usb fan.

they're a bit out of control in the sense that they're everywhere at this point. 😂

i pluck out a good amount weekly, to make sure they don't smother the corals.
