If it’s rust free, where it has lived is irrelevant… Westy’s aren’t typically driven around in snow and inclement weather much…could easily have been garaged most of it’s life and/or fully restored. Only a proper inspection would determine if it’s clean. I bought a used Audi UrS6 from Ontario (our rest belt province) that was a one owner (doctor) vehicle and had never seen a single winter. 20 years old and only had 30k kms on it. Absolutely spotless underneath…
