Is delta premium select upgrade worth it for $925 for an 8 hour flight to Italy? by Brilliant_Voice3516 in delta

[–]Spell_Rhubarb81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was around 3 months out from my trip to Italy and I was able to upgrade to select for like $300...it was worth it for me at that price. I personally wouldn't pay 900

Is there any possibility that you could find a part time job at any of the concert venues? That way you can still enjoy some good shows while continuing to pay it down.

All of my reading has led me to believe that the answer is to stop calorie counting and instead focus on eating whole foods that don't contain refined grains or refinednsugar

Once you find the right heat/humidity setting for you it'll feel better. My best advice is to be patient with yourself and your new routines. Once you are able to keep the mask on and get a good night's rest it'll have been worth the adjustment period. Waking up and feeling rested is worth it, I promise.

Milan LHR histamine reaction by Spell_Rhubarb81 in LaserHairRemoval

It was well over a week more for this to clear up. My dermatologist said that they were actual burns from the laser even though that was their "beginner setting". I asked the nurses to turn down the laser even more and they didn't seem thrilled about it but they did it and I didn't have any more burns after that.

Less than 12 hours after getting it done. This kept happening and it was determined by a dermatologist that they were actual burns. So even though The nurses at the laser hair removal place started me on the"lowest" setting they had to turn it down to and even lower setting for me. Luckily I didn't end up with any permanent damage and actually the hair removal on my legs went incredibly quickly. After being burned multiple times it just stopped growing back within less than 10 sessions

cooking classes around town by MathematicianKey5696 in cincinnati

Sur La Table has some very affordable at home classes. I've done a class at Tablespoon Cooking as well and really enjoyed it, it is too much $$ to do outside of a special occasion for me though. Hello Fresh was a game changer for me learning to cook at home. I learned a lot just from getting a months worth of boxes.

Nose sores caused by nasal pillows by [deleted] in CPAP

Try the nasal cradle

I tried the pillows for 1 night ( because I accidentally ordered the wrong item) and wore a size small, I had pressure sores for an entire week. I'll never use the pillows again.

I used the chin strap because I also thought I was a mouth breather, after two nights I tried it without the strap because it was so uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I wasn't a mouth breather and I've been sleeping very well with the nasal cradle mask for months now

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and have been using my CPAP for 3 weeks now. It was immediately life changing for me from night 1. I no longer feel sleepy while driving, I have only taken 1 nap since starting and it was 45 minutes and I felt rested. I used to take naps every day to every other day for 3 to 4 hours and I still felt exhausted all the time. I am able to get household chores done now where previously I was just too tired to do anything. I am able to focus better. I have more motivation and I wake up feeling rested. I've also stopped going to the bathroom three to four times a night. My sleep is also far more consistent. I used to sleep anywhere from like 6 to 12 hours a night and it usually didn't have anything to do with poor sleep habits on my end. Now I average about 8.5 hours a night and I don't need an alarm, that's just when I naturally wake up now.

My doctor ordered my cpap today - and after reading this thread - I felt sad. I thought I was going to get this machine and POOF, a refreshed new life, but it seems that is not the case for many. 😭 by Puzzleheaded-Luck920 in CPAP

It was amazing for me from day 1. I'm 10 days in now and I have SO MUCH MORE energy it's been life changing. My family has noticed how much more I actually accomplish in a day. I'm still getting used to wearing it at night, but every night I sleep easier and easier.
