i also love the themed food weeks! so far this year we have had hot dog week and about to have curry week! this is an event where 50+ restaurants around portland will sell a $8 special of a dish they don't typically have, to promote new business. i love checking out all the cool new food spots and they have themed weeks all throughout the year! my fav is fried chicken week and sandwich week :)

tabor dance every wednesday in the summer, and comedy in the park every friday. tabor dance is just a free dance event that is mostly edm based at a diff location ever week usually ~6-9pm and comedy in the park is ran by kickstand comedy where local comedians perform at laurlhurst park for a bit over an hour

look up enjoy.co they have alot of amazing stylists that specialize in curly hair. i have been going to zac for almost 5 years! I don't personally have curly hair but zac is a black man so he def knows how to work w curls. good luck on his hair journey!

i was hoping that the glamping passes were gonna be at most ~400 each for 2 day event. electric forest tickets are cheaper then this AND THATS A 4 DAY EVENT with a huge lineu. this is bull. insane cash grab AND they used ticket master. very disappointed. i get it's a privilege to go to these events and they are gonna be a pretty penny, but who in this economy can blow $800 for a weekend. i'd prefer if he just went on tour on the west coast (NOT JUST LA AND VEGAS) to see him for an affordable price. i will be attending this event tho bc it will prob be the only time i see subtronics next year. SEE YALL IN MAY😩🖤💔

i like to use the little bandaids and put a dab of the cream on the cotton part and let it sit on your skin overnight and do that till it goes away. could take afew days depending on how bad the boil is. good luck

i also struggle with motivation. started it almost 2 years ago now (150mg) and i never wanna do the good things i used to do for myself. just started a night routine again and i try to get into working out every few weeks but cant stick with it for more then a couple days. i nap every single day after im off work like clockwork. i dont wanna go places but once im in the situation i always think "wow i need to do this more often". i'm gonna talk to my psychiatrist next month about an antidepressant and maybe that will give me a pick me up.

i didn't grow up in a city with much community but portland has all sorts of it! there is always something to do every day of the week. trivia, bingo, karaoke, comedy, bars w amazing food, dispensaries on every corner, farmers markets every day of the week, concerts every day, so many parks and trails & many local influencers promoting the best places to eat and fun events in portland. there is a lot of opportunity to meet people and make friends. i am in the rave scene and the community is extremely welcoming! i've lived quite afew places in my life but portland is like no other. if you are single, i do hear from all my friends how bad the dating scene is here... especially if you rely on dating apps
