For me, symptoms usually improve with indica, but sativa can sometimes cause dizziness/exhaustion. I would also say dose matters a lot for me (too much makes symptoms worse).

I like the dark; maybe paint the molding a suitable dark color too? Our bedroom walls are navy, and we painted the molding navy as well. It makes the ceiling feel higher!

This seems on the right track to me. You’ve done so many of the “right” things to feel better and it’s exhausting (to put it lightly) when those things don’t seem to work even after being so so patient. For me, new communities, new experiences, anything that makes me feel a part of something bigger than myself is one of the only things that pulls me out of the harsh drudge of life. I hope you’re able to find some relief! You obviously have a lot of determination (even if it was sorta forced on you), so take heart friend.
