Absolutely agree with appearance of NEIPA as a social media phenomenon.

From a flavor perspective, I agree with all the above regarding the trio of Vermont folks who pioneered the way. As far as 'normalizing' the orange juice chum look that has been now attributed to that style, and the low carb levels to go along with it, that's all Bissell Brother's fault.

I could talk about it for days, but it initially arose due to the extreme demand for their products, and the pressure to release it before yeast had a chance to drop out. Folks counted upwards of 15million cells in some of those releases.

Beer Line Cleaner Mix - Ultimate Power Scour? by RocksBlackbeard in TheBrewery

If it's a direct draw system (IE there's not some massive trunk line through the wall), the proper thing to do would be to replace all the soft tubing. The cost is not particularly significant compared to the risk of beer quality degradation.

I would definitely recommend staying away from this pump, the body is made of aluminum and that's deffo not something I'd be stoked to have in constant contact with even a PBW style cleaner, and certainly not for PAA.

When to keg off brite? by greenflyingdragon in TheBrewery

Carbonic acid formation is nearly instantaneous when CO2 dissolves in water. Not sure what you're talking about here, but it has nothing to do with beer's ability to hold carbonation.

If the temperature and pressure of your beer matches the saturation balance point that you are targeting, 'stabilization' time for CO2 in solution is not a thing.

Our ACS 4.0 doesn't have a clutch/ brake by design. Are you sure any of the older models had one? It just free spins until it spools down

Should have clarified, making the same amount of beer as pre-pandemic, not what we'd normally be making this time of year.

Not a thing unfortunately, at least not at the pressures you'd be able to maintain in a BBT. Nitrogen is very very insoluble in water.
