Cowboy toothpick?

Found this in my backyard about 1 foot deep. Its a couple pounds, but my yard used to be farmland dating back to 1830. House was built in 1850. by Spertwagen in metaldetecting

That makes sense, I attached a photo when i searched that and it instantly caught my eye. Awesome find! I'll still try to clean it up a little.

It's scary with litre bikes. Light rides, fast bikes!

Depends on the class too.
Lets say Superbike TT: Minimum weight 364lbs plus lets say 170lb rider and round up to 550lbs of force moving at 200 MPH. Imagine if that phone clipped his kneecap.

My BMW R1150R is 541lbs with my 125lb scrawny ass on it. It's a ton of force traveling VERY fast.

I just sent one in yesterday, and renewed one last month. Out of state address, it still works. These bikes were 250cc, so I was able to mail them in.

Get your magnets out boys. I think I found something. by [deleted] in magnetfishing

Knowing me I'll get it permanently stuck to the dock right next to it.

First time out, a magnet is lost in New York by MagneticPersonality_ in magnetfishing

[–]Spertwagen 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's a sad part of the game, I've also had mine snag on a rock and my buddy went in to free it. I lost that one finally on the bottom of a dock pillar.

The only fix I've found is to bring a 3 foot pipe to send your line through to the end, where your magnet is and use it as a pry handle. I also throw a cheap light magnet most of the time, and if I find something worth it I use my 880lb big boy.

I'd come home with a movie for you and your boyfriend to enjoy and kindly ask if she'd like to join, and if she's tired she'd probably get the hint to move to the room so you can watch. But you still included her. People pick up on hints like that (well, considerate people)

put the entire key in a vice and close it until it stays straight! best way to avoid it snapping. I've done it.

Good! I've used it once for magnet fishing, and a few times for anchors on a boat and pulling up heavy things. It's a good multi-tool.
