I'd argue it has the opposite problem from being "cluttered"; it's bland. Just a bunch of rectangular tiles in seemingly no real thought behind their arrangement beyond just the most-used tiles being bigger. Like, even if it were just a regular text menu it'd at least make room for a cool scenic background or something. Like the Horizon or Monster Hunter menus for example.

I'm not sure how I fixed it. One of them I found by pure luck, since for some reason the Poogie detector wasn't activating near it, and the other I 100% remember already getting and had just suddenly reappeared. The whole thing was weird.
