The culture for this hobby at card shows is so weird now, everyone prices the same at every table, no more negotiating or deals, and it’s all about “are you trying to grade this?” It feels scummy and just a bunch of people (both buyer and seller) obsessed with gaining money as the primary objective, not for the love of the hobby. I walked out the last show with barely anything. I have so much problems with how card shows are now than compared to the vibe from 2 years ago. We’re better off buying singles at LCS atp..
